Weight Management & Body in Brighton

Weight management and in-clinic body work, under one roof. The scales are only half of it. What your skin and your shape do along the way is the other half, and that is the part that usually gets left out.

Two ways in · $150 or complimentary

“Most people come in thinking it is about the number on the scales. Usually it is not, or it is not only that.”

We’ll work on your goals together. Whether its tightening or plain weight loss - we have a number of treatments.

What I will not do is set you off and send you away. Reviews get booked from the start, because the follow-up is where this works or quietly falls over. Most people who have tried before dropped off around week six with nobody checking in.

Come and have the conversation, whichever way you come in.

Start with what is actually bothering you.

Most people arrive describing how they feel rather than what they want done. Here is how the things patients most often raise translate into what we can realistically work towards.

Weight that comes back every single time

A supervised plan with the reviews built in

A body that seems to be working against you

A proper assessment of what is driving it

Skin that has not kept up with the loss

Firmness addressed as part of the plan, not after it

Areas that have never once responded

Targeted contouring running alongside

Managing the whole thing on your own

Scheduled reviews with the same person every time

Outcomes vary between individuals and depend on eligibility. What is achievable for you is assessed and discussed at your consultation.

WHAT YOU MIGHT NOTICE

WHAT WE CAN WORK TOWARDS

Recognise any of that? It is more than enough to book on.

How this works.

Two ways in, and they are not the same appointment. Most people end up doing both, in which case they are planned together at the first visit.

Medical Weight Management

45 minutes · $150

Assessment for medically supervised weight management, including a call with a doctor or nurse practitioner. The fee applies whether or not you go ahead.

Body Contouring

Complimentary

Fat reduction, skin tightening and contouring in clinic. Booked as a course from the first visit, and this consultation is with Rosie only.

Your care team includes Rosie and an area specialist

A doctor or nurse practitioner takes part in that consultation. Your history is written up beforehand, the call happens while you are here in the clinic, and Rosie takes you through what was said afterwards. She stays your point of contact throughout and you can reach her between appointments.

Rosie stays your point of contact throughout. Body contouring is her own appointment, start to finish.

How we help shape & tighten your body.

A radiofrequency system used in clinic for resurfacing, skin tightening and body contouring. On this page it does the work a weight management plan on its own cannot: contour, firmness and skin quality, both during the process and after it.

Most people use it alongside the weight side rather than instead of it. The two are planned together at your consultation so the course lines up with where you are in the process rather than running blind.

Fat Reduction, Body Sculpting & Cellulite Reduction

Reduce unwanted fat to sculpt, contour and shape the body. Also effective for submental fat reduction under the chin, using Thuzzle’s advanced technology.

Skin Tightening

Promote collagen generation to lift, smooth, tighten and revitalise the skin from within. Services include RF buttocks lift and RF breast lift for targeted enhancement.

How a course runs

Planned as a series rather than a single appointment, and timed around where you are in the plan rather than run independently of it.

Planned together with the rest of the work, not bolted on afterwards.

What the first appointment is actually like.

No scales in the window and no before and after wall. Here is the whole thing, start to finish.

01

Before you arrive

Book online or send a message. Bring what you know about previous attempts, anything you currently take, and whatever a GP has already told you.

02

In the room

Three quarters of an hour going through history, symptoms and what has and has not held. Suitability is properly assessed in this appointment.

03

The plan

You leave with a written plan covering both halves, staged so the two line up. Costs are set out and nothing is decided under pressure.

04

The reviews

Booked, not left to you to remember. More often at the start and less as things settle, with the same person each time.

Now you know how it works, the rest is easy

Also thinking about your face?

Weight change shows in the face long before anywhere else. The 2 minute quiz maps the areas you keep noticing and gives you a personalised protocol to bring in with you.

The questions people actually ask.

Written out in full rather than hidden behind a click, so search engines can read them and so can you.

Am I suitable for this service?

Suitability is assessed at your consultation against clinical criteria rather than assumed. That assessment is most of what the first appointment is for, and the answer is honest either way.

How often will I need to come in?

More often at the start, less as things settle. Reviews are booked rather than left to you to remember, which is deliberate given how many people fall away at week six.

What happens to loose skin?

It is the most common question I get, and one of the reasons both services sit on the same page. Skin firmness is planned for from the beginning rather than dealt with as an afterthought.

Do I need to see my GP first?

You do not need a referral to book. If something in your history means your GP should be involved, it will come up in the consultation and I will say so rather than quietly work around it. Shared care is normal and it is not a hurdle, it is just what it looks like when more than one person is involved in your health.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes. Plenty of people bring a partner or a friend to the first appointment, particularly when there is a lot to take in and remember afterwards. A second set of ears is genuinely useful and nobody minds.

Why is there so little detail on this page?

Australian advertising regulations limit what clinics may publish about treatment options. That is a legal constraint rather than evasiveness. Everything relevant is covered in your consultation, where the rules are different because you are a patient rather than an audience.

Can I have the body treatments on their own?

Yes. Body contouring and skin tightening stand on their own if that is all you are after, and plenty of people book them that way.

How long before I notice a change?

The two halves work on different timelines, and both are explained at your consultation so you know what to expect and roughly when.

What happens if I stop and start?

Most people do at some point, and it is worth coming back in rather than quietly disappearing. Restarting well is a genuinely different conversation to starting from scratch, and the assumption that you have to begin again from zero is the thing that stops most people returning at all.
